Why are you delivering frozen food when everything is made fresh?

Fresh food has a lower shelf life. Our specialised frozen packaging enables you to enjoy the same great taste at the comfort of your home. You can be rest assured that our food will taste similar to fresh & even better than any other competitors.

Will we get same quality meals in delivery what pukeko junction is known for?

Absolutely yes. All our delivery meals are prepared with same recipies, same taste & same freshness as served in cafe.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to deliver same day or next day depending on courier availability & location. Rural deliveries will take place between Monday & Friday.

What happens if I am not at a delivery address when courier arrives?

When placing order you can leave us delivery instructions, we will do our best to accomodate it.

What are your delivery charges?

We have a flat subsidised fee for delivery irrespective of size of order-
$10 for South Island.
$20 for North Island.

I am not satisfied with my order. What should I do?

Pukeko Junction Cafe takes full responsibility if your order is damaged or incorrect during delivery. You can return damaged order, we will send you replacement order or refund you money back. Please call operation manager on 0210586282 to discuss further. Our responsibility ends if your order has been lost, stolen or damaged after being delivered at your shipping address.
