By Accepting our terms & conditions you acknowledge that your order will be made at Pukeko Junction Cafe & delivered frozen/chilled to your address.
Gluten free (Soups) – You will need to advise in notes if you wish to replace garlic bread with gluten free bread. Failure to advise will lead to normal non gluten free bread delivered with gluten free soups.
Celiac Customers – We take full precaution & care while making food. Having said that chances of cross contamination still exist. We do not take any responsibility for any cross contamination.
Allergic customers- If you have any questions regarding your allergies we advise you to call our friendly operation manager on 0210586282 prior to your order.
Pregnant Customers- Our food is fully cooked & frozen. Our advise will be to fully heat until you feel its safe to be eaten.
Pukeko Junction Cafe uses multiple courier companies based on their availability in the region for fast & efficient service.
Deliveries on some addresses can take up to 2-3 days. We will only dispatch your order once availability of courier/ delivery is confirmed.
The buyer acknowledges by accepting terms and conditions; that the parcel will be left by the courier at the door if no one answers.
Please ensure instructions are left in the notes section of check out if you have specific instructions.
If you checkout using credit card facility, your payment is processed through Stripe Payment Gateway. Stripe secures all your customer and credit card data with military-grade software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. We do not store or transfer any of your credit card information. All data is transferred using Stripe secure servers.
Alternatively if you checkout using Polipay, Apple pay, Google Pay, your payment is processed through their secure facilities. We do not store or hold any of your credit card information. Pukeko Junction Cafe will not be liable for any cyber breach.
At Pukeko Junction Cafe, we will not share your information with third parties without your permission.
If there is a problem with your order, please call operation manager on 0210586282 to report further.
If you meet the criteria for a replacement/refund, you will need to return the original item to Pukeko Junction Cafe. We will provide you with a no-cost return-addressed satchel (or similar) and process your refund or replacement within 2–3 days of receiving the returned item.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being delivered to your property.
Orders once placed can not be cancelled.
You will need to contact us immediately, if you wish to modify an order. We cannot guarantee that we can modify your order, but we will do our best possible to accommodate any changes.
Pukeko Junction Cafe reserves rights to cancel your order at its own discretion in situations beyond its control. Such as – out of stock, unavailability of courier facility, nation-wide lock down, power failure, staffing issues etc. In such circumstances, we will notify you & will fully refund your charged amount.
